A pharmacist contractor for 25 years, as well as Managing Director of Skills4Pharmacy,   Amerjit is a fiercely passionate advocate for community pharmacy and in showcasing its ever-expanding potential, to seize opportunities that can address the challenges that the NHS and patients accessing its services currently face.  Amerjit launched Skills4Pharmacy, an Apprenticeship Training Provider back in 2015. Skills4Pharmacy has since grown the provision and widened the geographical coverage of the organisation. Amerjit set up Skills4Pharmacy to help young people enter and eventually become the future of our Pharmacy industry. Amerjit is proud that Skills4Pharmacy has taken young people through Level 2 and then Level 3 programmes and watched them develop into fantastic technicians.
